Export your account data
Download a JSON file with your profile, usage history, session information and account changes. It contains personal data: keep it private. Password hashes, tokens and 2FA secrets are excluded. Invoices explicitly saved to your account are included in this export. Local drafts and downloaded PDFs stay on your device.
Close your account
This affects only invoice.uk.app. Confirm the request through your account email. After a seven-day cancellation period, an administrator can review and permanently remove your account, Google connection, 2FA settings, saved invoices and usage history. Download your data first. You may cancel until deletion is completed.
Deletion removes live account data. Restricted historical backups and separate server logs follow their own retention and restore procedures; they are not instantly erased by this action.

Saved invoices
Invoices you explicitly saved to your account. Open one to edit, preview or download a PDF. Up to 100 invoices and 20 MB per account.
Deleting removes the account copy from the live database. Restricted historical backups are not erased immediately. Local drafts and downloaded PDFs are not deleted.

What is saved?
Your profile, currency preference, security activity and invoices explicitly saved using Save to account are stored. PDF generation and local drafts stay on your device. Saved invoices are private to your account.
